Hi! I’m Gabi, a UX designer with a foundation in animation, illustration, and visual storytelling, and a strong focus on research-driven, human-centered design.

I began my career in TV animation, eventually leading a team across three seasons of Total Drama and Total Dramarama for Cartoon Network. That experience sharpened my ability to guide attention, communicate complex ideas visually, collaborate across disciplines, and deliver high-quality work within real production constraints. Leading a team of artists taught me how to align creative vision, give clear direction, and foster strong, accountable teams.

Today, I bring that same clarity and leadership to UX. I’m comfortable facilitating workshops, synthesizing qualitative insights into actionable strategy, and translating research findings into thoughtful, build-ready solutions.

I also hold a graduate certificate in Creativity and Creative Problem Solving, which strengthens my ability to dig beneath surface-level symptoms and uncover root causes. Rather than patching friction points, I work to reframe problems, challenge assumptions, and generate solutions that are both innovative and practical.

Accessibility and inclusive design are central to my approach. With a deep understanding of neurodiversity, I design with careful attention to cognitive load, clarity, feedback states, and flexible user pathways,creating experiences that support diverse ways of thinking and interacting. I aim to build products that feel empowering, intuitive, and grounded in real human needs.

At the heart of my work is a belief that strong design balances empathy, strategy, and execution. I strive to create experiences that are not only meaningful and user-centered, but also scalable, feasible, and impactful.
